DAS tasked us with creating a premium merchandising display to launch their Cummins’ exclusive product line, reflecting the brand’s high-quality, professional-grade identity. The solution needed to be flexible and adaptable to fit various store formats across Travel Centers and Truck Service locations.
We developed two modular display systems: a 4' wide freestanding permanent wall unit for stores without slatwall, and a modular slatwall version utilizing existing store slatwall. Both designs featured strategic lighting and industrial elements to highlight the Cummins brand while allowing for scalability. The freestanding unit can expand in incremental 4' widths and the Modular version offers flexibility with customizable planograms and is cost-effective by using existing store infrastructure.
The displays have delivered exceptional results. They initial production was deployed ahead of schedule due to strong demand and a re-run is nearing completion. The displays drove impressive sales and achieved a 30% reduction in forecasted display costs, delivering an ROI that exceeded DAS' expectations.
Flawless execution and outstanding results have led to advanced discussions with national and regional retailers for chain-wide rollouts. This adaptable solution not only boosted brand recognition but also provided a scalable merchandising tool for Cummins’ growing product line.
