Description
The main objective for the client was to make public the new image of the product as well as the different coctail mixes that are possible to make with fresh grapefruit flavor and the most important thing is that the consumer can take the different coctail recipies with them on their cell phone home. It is also important that the customer interacts with the display.
Engineering was developed considering an interactive equipment with a touch screen and an external reader so that with any size of product the barcode can be scanned for user interaction and the consumer can take home the coctail recipies. A sepcific user friendly software was also developed for this purpose. The display was made of MDF to adapt to the tones and colors required by the client and led lights were placed inside the shelves so that the product has a greater visual impact. The interactive cabinet and the screen are Samsumg along with its operating system to provide a fail-safe experience and greater product confidence. Digital graphics were developed to invite the customer to discover the drink and 12 digital recipes were also created. When choosing one, you have the option of loading it on your cell phone using a QR code.
The client obtained a 23% increase in sales in one of the chains and a 19.7% increase in another, securing a better position in the grapefruit soft drink market and getting ahead of the competition through the use of new technology.
